iSchool Initiative (iSi) is Achievers Writing Center's first affiliate partner. With its own brand of essay writing apps, iSi is paving the way for students to learn about and to get the best in new education-focused technology. Their mission is to provide students, teachers, and schools three pillars of information: an active community, an information-rich website, and outside resources to find and to learn how to most effectively use the best education technology. Whether mobile or web-based, iSi team members actually use the apps that are listed on their website.
iSchool is so thorough in its research and confident in the apps that it recommends that it has permission of developers to brand certain apps as "iSchool-approved." Only the most educational unique and useful apps get the "iSchool stamp of approval." In addition, iSi receives a portion of the sales of these apps to help fund its organization.
Students purchase an iSchool-branded app knowing that it is actually used and tested daily by students, does exactly what it says, and that a part of the purchase goes to help iSchool Initiative continue its excellent work.
